1.The development of the pump and valve industry in Yongjia County began in 1991 when the county's Party committee and government decided to implement the strategy of "quality-driven and brand-oriented" to integrate small, low-end and scattered enterprises and promote the transformation of pump and valve enterprises towards scale operation. This strategy led to a reduction in the number of pump and valve enterprises in Oubei but a significant increase in output value, marking the rapid development of the pump and valve industry in Yongjia. Against this backdrop, the pioneering entrepreneurs established Yongjia Weike Pump and Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 1995, producing pump bodies, ball valves, and stop valves. In 2007, with the development of national industrial automation, the company began to produce pneumatic actuators and control valves.
2. Initial Development Stage (2010-2015) In 2010, the company's founder, driven by an unwavering pursuit of the business and a keen insight into the market, joined hands with several like-minded partners to establish Zhejiang Langzhuo Intelligent Control Valve Co., Ltd. They adjusted the product structure, reduced the production share of manual valves, and focused on manufacturing pneumatic actuators and automatic control valves. In 2015, the company successfully developed a pneumatic actuator that was different from those of other manufacturers. The new model had excellent performance, more precise regulation, and a price advantage, quickly capturing the market and laying a solid foundation for the company's development.
3. Growth Stage (2016-2018) In 2016, the company seized market opportunities, actively expanded its business areas, and recruited talents. It actively developed multiple patented products, enriched the types of automatic control valves, and improved product quality, gradually entering multiple market sectors. In 2017, the company was renamed Zhejiang Langzhuo Intelligent Control Instrument Co., Ltd., continuously improving internal management, strengthening marketing, and expanding its business scope.
4. Transformation Stage (2018-2022) In 2018, the company's development hit a bottleneck, and in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, it actively sought transformation and upgrading. It added various CNC equipment to increase production capacity and actively trained employees to enhance their professional skills and qualities. It formulated an OEM strategy, providing high-quality OEM services for leading domestic manufacturers, and its annual production capacity doubled rapidly.
5. Stable Development Stage (2023 to present) In 2023, to better provide OEM services, the company rented a factory in Linuo Rui'an, Zhejiang Province, and established a new company, Zhejiang Nuolang Intelligent Control Instrument Co., Ltd., as a production base. It further optimized the product line layout, improved existing products and developed new ones, and actively expanded overseas markets.
